Deposit Policy
A 40% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes towards the total of your appointment and is NONREFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Deposits are nontransferable.
Rescheduling
To reschedule your appointment please visit your confirmation email and choose "change/reschedule".
You can reschedule your appointment up until 24hrs before your scheduled time. If the website does not allow you to reschedule, you have missed the window and will now be charged 50% of your remaining balance.
Same day "reschedules" are considered a cancelled appointment and you will be charged 50% of remaining balance and your deposit will not be transferred to the new appointment.
Late / Cancellation Policy
Clients that arrive 10 minutes late will receive a $10 late fee added to their appointment. After the 14 minute period, your appointment will be automatically canceled and you will have to pay a new deposit to secure another appointment.
If you are a no call no show client you will automatically be blocked from booking and charged the remaining balance of your service with no warning. If you decide to book under a different name and show up to the salon you will not be serviced. Unblock fee is $500
Salon Etiquette & Rules
Please do not bring any extra guest. Children are not allowed in the salon under any circumstances.
When booking your appointment please be mindful that all appointments do not take the same amount of time. I will not rush so please do not schedule your appointment on a day you have other engagements.
You are responsible for what you book, when you arrive you cannot change what you've booked or add on any services.
If you are dissatisfied please let me know before you leave my chair as there are no refunds. I do not fix other stylist work. Your hair must be at least 4 inches all around to be serviced.

Extensions Policy
If you are bringing reused bundles please make sure that they are clean and free of debris also organized by length. Your bundles may be cut during installation for the flattest outcome.
Lace Policy
For all lace services you are required to bring HD lace. Any other lace type will not be accepted.
Lace must be new. If it has been customized by another stylist I cannot service you.
